As a consultant at small firms and a campaign manager with tight budgets, she knows how to keep an eye on the big picture while tackling the day-to-day tasks to move you toward your goal.

Megan started her career lobbying for gun safety measures in Montana and learned what is possible when we bring people together rather than push each other apart. This experience early in her career led to a passion for taking on the most pressing challenges facing us today and creating more sustainable and equitable communities through long-term engagement campaigns.

Megan's multi-faceted engagement approach incorporates strategic messaging, database management, fundraising, and coalition building to meet people where they are and move them to take action.
